Our client, a prestigious manufacturing plant is looking for a Shift Team Leader to join its expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to provide support for all production activities in a shift basis.Responsibilities:
• Participate in the change Management activities.
• Handle various manufacturing and Lean activities.
• Offer support to the operators in order to increase productivity.
• Provide feedback to management team on process improvement and safety improvement.
