1. Portfolio Performance

Leads the business in establishing, managing and achieving the key performance indicators for the portfolio.

Strategically analyses competitor performance and capabilities and reports back to management on issues that may affect performance.

Develops the strategic 5 Year Plan and effectively implements the plan within the agreed time schedule.


Develops the marketing support and human resource plan for the portfolio to ensure interdepartmental resources are available to realise the plan

Leads cross functional dialogue to ensure that adequate resources, both financial and capital, are assigned and made available to realise the plan.

Leads the Annual Marketing Plan process, Annual Promotional Plan process and Annual Projects Schedule process.

Leads TRD and PDM.

Attends key cross functional and trade meetings.

* Develop and position Services offerings in SAP KSA, roll-in regional and global Services offerings and work with customers and Systems Integration partners to develop go-to-market plans for SAP Services to drive expansion of SAP business across the country and support the growth of Software revenue.
* Qualify and develop Consulting opportunities, identify and mobilize support to win contracts for consulting engagements, custom development projects and solution implementations. Conduct customer presentations, proposals and be a virtual team member of various account teams.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* 10 years experience in IT industry or IT Services industry, with at least five at Partner/Senior Manager level.
* Proven Sales and Delivery management experience, with multi-million USD sales and delivery successes with major corporations.
* Experience in managing services businesses with a P&L responsibility.

Delivery

Knowledge Management
* Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyse lessons learned and share with the organisation’s project management community
* Participate in the development of project management best practices

WORK EXPERIENCE
* 5 - 7 years of project management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects, preferably involving SAP technology
* 3 - 5 years of supervisory or coaching experience in teambuilding and leading teams
* Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology
